“Do I always have to show the house every time someone calls?”

“How much earnest money do I need when I write an offer?”

“There is no set amount to offer. Remember, earnest money shows your “seriousness” to the seller(s). Plus, that money is a “credit” to you not the seller(s). In other words, it's less money you'll need to borrow.” |

“Once I list the house and later for whatever reason things change, do I have to keep the house listed to the full length of our contract?”

“Always remember this, I work for you and if things change we'll take a look at those things when that happens, but in short, NO you do not.” |

“What is the difference between a Bank and a Mortgage Broker?”

“Not being of either, the best council is to check out what each one has to offer and remember, “Which one will work best for YOU!” |

“Any time is good. Are there really better times over others? Yes, just like any product there are highs and lows, most often it can be seasonal and more important it can be market conditions.” |

“Is it true building a new home is stressful?”

“it can be, but it doesn't have to be! If you want to build first an foremost you need to have a plan. Next, you want people to work for you that you are comfortable with. Click on my “New Construction” for more helpful council.” |

“Do we or Should we have a Home Inspection done?”

“Do you have to? Nothing says you have to, Should you? That's totally up to you! There may be times you want to and there may be times you don't need to. Every property is different. But there is nothing saying you HAVE to. |

“Do I have to offer “full price”, when making an offer?”

“the only thing you have to do is offer a price that is what you’re willing to pay for the property. And the seller(s) have 3 options to your offer. REJECT, ACCEPT, or COUNTER. That's where I will help you in negotiations.” |

“ How does duel agency work?”

“to keep this answer short and to the point, as licensed Real Estate agents in the state of Minnesota, “agency representation” by law will be EXPLAINED first and foremost at the 1st meeting I have with you.” |

“ Do I have to pay any Commission?”

In most cases the answer is going to be NO, but there are some exceptions and when those present themselves, they will be fully explained to you and what your options are at that time, but in short remember that most of the time the seller pays commissions. |
